Today on 4th October,2022 a well attended & tremendously enthusiastic campaign meeting of NFTE & SEWA was held at Pune under the presidentship of Com Ulhas Jawlekar. Mesmerizing fireworks & roaring slogans witnessed warm welcome of all leaders of NFTE SEWA at PGM office premises. Meeting started at 3 pm as per schedule. Circle secretary com Ranjan Dani informed the audience about the hectic campaign of NFTE SEWA GSs throughout the nation & assured them that mh circle will definitely secure number one position in 9th verification. Com N D Ram explained the ongoing scenario regarding current situation in BSNL. He told that the purpose of his hectic tour is only to awaken the workers by telling the truth. He explained in detail how BSNLEU having enjoyed 18 years recognition miserably failed to resolve any of the hr issues of employees like PRC, Stagnation, CGA etc. He categorically mentioned that number one union BSNLEU is responsible for not solving these problems. The adamant attitude & arrogance of BSNLEU is the main hurdle in settlement of issues, he added.
Com C Singh has given very nice ,impressive, humorous & satirical elaboration of all burning HR issues & challenges before BSNL. He explained the historical contributions of NFTE in past several years & also the political motivations behind the fragmentation of trade union movement in P & T. He enlightened the employees about root causes of stagnation, non settlement of wage revision, ban on CGA, eradication of roaster in promotions & also clarified the way to resolve these issues. Very unfortunate act by BSNLEU leadership to close the doors of National council was one of the major reasons for suffering of the employees, he underlined. He appealed to the employees to defeat this arrogance & adamancy in the forthcoming verification & vote for NFTE to make it number one union to pave the way to get 3rd PRC & resolving of other vital issues. He severely condemned the policy of central govt to weaken BSNL by purposeful delay in roll out of 4 G. Simultaneously he emphasised the necessity of dialogue with management through all statutory means & underlined the necessity of NFTE as number one union for restoration of National Council also. Completion of his deliberations witnessed tremendous response & thundering applaud by the audience.

04-10-2022 : Grand Nagpur convention ensures NFTE's victory:-
Grand convention of BSNL employees in Vidarbha region was conducted at Nagpur today on 3rd Oct.2022 under the presidentship of Com. Ayushyaman Gautam Gharde, Chief advisor SEWA. General secretary Com. Aushyaman, Com. N D RAM & General secretary NFTE, Com C. Singh were the main speakers. Dy GS, SEWA Com. Aushyaman Nitin Molke, NFTE special invitee Com Shantanu Shete witnessed prominent presence. Circle secretary NFTE, Com Ranjan Dani delivered introductory speech & explained the election scenario in M.H. circle which is getting more opportunities to win NFTE as number one union.
Com. Aushyman and Com. N. D. Ram in his one hour inspiring speech fully exposed the anti worker, arrogant character of BSNLEU during its 18 years long recognition. He has explained in detail how wage revision was derailed due to adamant attitude of BSNLEU. Stagnation of thousands of employees is created by BSNLEU agreements & that union is unable to resolve the issue. Having failed on all grounds like NEPP, CGA appointments, wage revision, BSNLEU has started to misguide the employees by hammering of false propaganda & it’s leadership is taking a credit of achievement of AUAB, shamelessly, he added. He appealed to the huge gathering amidst loud clappings & inspiring slogans to vote for NFTE & Make it a number one union on 12th October 22. He emphasised that the stagnated employees are the victims of BSNLEU wrong policies & appealed them to vote for NFTE.
NFTE GS Com C Sing explained the burning issues of staff & bsnl company in detail. He highlighted the major achievements of NFTE regarding CGA appointments, protection of jobs & pension, restructuring of Cadres in new technology & social economical upgradation of employees thereof, conducting of LICEs, reducing the eligibility criteria of JEs from 10 years to 5 years for appearing to JTO exams, change of designation of all Cadres, promotions of RMs, TMs without the obstacle of educational qualifications etc.
His one hour deliberation also cautioned the workers about govt & management’s anti worker anti BSNL policies due to which the PSU is lagging behind. It is very unfortunate that Govt’s own company is not allowed to start 4G while Prime Minister of the nation is inaugurating 5G services of private companies. To meet the challenges before BSNL & the employees, number one union is miserably failed, he underlined. The number one union has betrayed the workers who have supported them for 18 years in succession & now taking credit of monthly salary in time which is an absurd claim itself. It became possible due the efforts of AUAB only, he added. To overcome the present crisis, he appealed the workers to vote for NFTE in forthcoming verification & defeat the egoistic tendencies working in the name of BSNLEU. All DSs, DPs, circle office bearers & hundreds of comrades of NFTE & SEWA in 7 districts of Vidarbha region present gave very attentive hearing to the deliberations in the convention. The roaring slogans with tremendous enthusiasm of the workers ensured total victory of NFTE in this verification.
Whole campus was decorated with patakas, flexes, banners & cut outs of NFTE SEWA organisations. The JEs of Nagpur who have passed JTO exam were felicitated in the meeting by both the leaders.
President Com. Ayushman Ghardeji appreciated the ongoing campaign in M.H. circle in which NFTE SEWA comrades are working together with full co-ordination & dedication. He thanked both the leaders for their joint efforts & day night work for the victory of NFTE. He ensured that NFTE SEWA will get absolute majority in the election as employees are fed up with the anti worker approach & dictatorial functioning of BSNLEU.
Com Shantanu Shete gave vote of thanks.
Com R. P. Joshi, Com Shivaji Chavhan we’re on the Dias. SNEA comrades led by DS, Com. Sameer Khare also felicitated the leaders & extended best wishes to NFTE.
